Messello is an omnichannel customer-communication platform — a shared inbox for messaging channels and live chat, a light CRM, automation, and built-in AI. Messello is a fully managed service operated by Arcada LLC ("Messello", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@messello.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Messello. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Messello provides a hosted, omnichannel customer-communication platform. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. Messello is provided as a managed service; we host and operate it, and there is no self-hosted version.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service for business purposes.
Your use of Messello must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including messaging, consent, and anti-spam rules for the channels you connect.
You retain all rights to the data you and your end-customers submit through Messello ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process Customer Data to provide the service. We process Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and your instructions.
Messello, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Arcada LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.
AI features produce drafts, suggestions, tags, and summaries to assist your team. Outputs are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are intended for human review before use. You are responsible for what your team sends to customers. We do not warrant that AI outputs are correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
The service integrates with third-party channels and tools (for example, messaging platforms and payment processing). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Messello and Arcada LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete Customer Data after a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms; we will post the updated version and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Arcada LLC's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under your local law.
