Create your Messello account and start your trial

This guide covers how to create your Messello account, set up your workspace, and get started with the free trial. The whole process takes just a few minutes.

Sign up and create your workspace

1. Go to app.messello.com and choose Sign up.
2. Enter your name, work email, and a password.
3. Confirm your email if prompted — check your inbox for a verification link.
4. Create your workspace by entering your company or team name. Your workspace holds your inboxes, contacts, and team.
5. You'll land in your new dashboard, ready to set up.

Your 3-day free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 3-day free trial so you can connect channels and test real conversations before you pay. When you're ready to continue, add a plan in Settings → Billing. Plans run $19, $39, or $69 per agent, and every plan includes all channels and built-in AI with no per-message fees. See pricing for details.

First-steps checklist

To get value on day one, work through these in order:

1. Connect your first channel. Go to Settings → Inboxes and add a channel — website live chat is the quickest to test, or connect WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, email, or SMS.
2. Invite your team. In Settings → Agents, add teammates and pick their role. See invite your team and assign roles.
3. Set up canned responses. Save a few common replies so agents answer faster.
4. Learn the dashboard. Read dashboard basics to navigate your inbox confidently.
5. Send a test message. Message your own channel and reply from Messello to confirm everything works end to end.
