You manage your team from Account → Settings → Agents. There you invite new agents, assign each person a role, and remove people who leave. Every agent you add counts toward your per-agent subscription.
Pending invites show a Pending status until the person accepts. You can resend or delete an invite from the same list.
Roles control what each person can see and change:
Give administrator access only to people who need to manage the workspace. Everyone else should be an agent.
Open Settings → Agents, find the person, and click Delete. Their open conversations stay in the inbox so you can reassign them. Removing an agent also frees up a seat on your plan.
Teams group agents by function — for example Sales, Support, or Billing — so conversations reach the right people.
You can then assign conversations to a team, and use automation rules to route incoming messages to a team automatically.
Tip: An agent can belong to more than one team. Use teams plus assignment rules to balance workload across your inbox.
