Buy extra AI credits when you need more

Built-in AI is included on every Messello plan, and each plan comes with a monthly AI allowance. If your team uses it all before the cycle resets, you can buy extra AI credits under Account → Billing — no plan change and no per-message fees.

How the included AI allowance works

Your plan's AI allowance covers built-in AI features like reply drafts and other assistance across your inbox. Key points:

• The allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
• Higher plans include larger allowances — Starter has the smallest, Scale the largest.
• There are no per-resolution or per-message AI charges. You only pay more if you choose to top up.

You can see how much of your allowance you've used in Account → Billing, under the AI usage section.

Buy extra AI credits

1. Go to Account → Billing.
2. Open the AI credits section and click Buy credits.
3. Choose a top-up amount and confirm through the secure Stripe checkout.
4. The credits are added to your account right away.

Top-up credits are used automatically once your monthly allowance runs out, so your team keeps working without interruption.

Allowance vs. top-up credits

• Monthly allowance — included in your plan and refreshed every cycle.
• Top-up credits — extra credits you buy on demand for busy periods.

Messello draws from your included allowance first, then from any top-up credits you've purchased.

Tip: If you regularly run out of AI before the cycle ends, upgrading to a higher plan may be cheaper than repeated top-ups, since higher plans include larger allowances. See Plans and billing.
