Plans and billing: pick, upgrade, or cancel a plan

Messello is priced per agent, per month. All channels and built-in AI are included on every plan — there are no per-message or per-resolution AI fees. You manage everything under Account → Billing.

The three plans

• Starter — $19 per agent/month. The all-in-one shared inbox with every channel, light CRM, and a monthly AI allowance to get your team started.
• Growth — $39 per agent/month. Adds more automation and a larger AI allowance for teams handling higher volume.
• Scale — $69 per agent/month. The most capacity and the largest AI allowance for busy, multi-team operations.

Every plan includes all messaging channels, the light CRM, automation, and built-in AI. Higher tiers raise your automation and AI limits. See the pricing page for the full comparison.

Upgrade or downgrade

1. Go to Account → Billing.
2. Click Change plan and choose Starter, Growth, or Scale.
3. Confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; your next invoice is prorated.

Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the higher limits you've already paid for. Your per-agent rate is multiplied by the number of active agents on your account.

Invoices and the billing portal

Billing runs through Stripe. From Account → Billing, click Manage billing to open the secure billing portal, where you can:

• Update your card or payment method.
• Change your billing email and company details.
• Download past invoices and receipts as PDFs.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel, open Account → Billing → Manage billing and choose Cancel plan. Your workspace stays active until the end of the current paid period, so you won't lose access mid-cycle. You can resubscribe at any time.

Tip: Removing agents you no longer need lowers your bill, since you're charged per active agent. See Manage agents and roles.
