Connect Facebook Messenger to Messello

When you connect Facebook Messenger, chats sent to your Facebook Page arrive in your Messello shared inbox, so your team can reply from one place.

Before you start

You'll need a Facebook Page (not just a personal profile) and an admin role on that Page. Messenger for the Page must be turned on in your Page settings.

Connect your Facebook Page

1. Go to Settings → Inboxes → Add inbox.
2. Choose Facebook Messenger as the channel.
3. Sign in to Facebook and authorize Messello.
4. Select the Page you want to connect from the list.
5. Name the inbox, assign the agents or teams who should handle chats, and finish setup.

Test it

1. Open your Page and use the Send message button from a different account.
2. Send a test message and confirm it appears in your Messello inbox.
3. Reply from Messello and check the response lands in Messenger.

If you reconnect or change Page admins later, reauthorize the inbox so Messello keeps receiving messages.
